this is such a good practice. i blogged about it a year or so ago i think. i should start doing it again, but seem to have fallen off the gratitude wagon.

It's a major part of our practice, and I'll post a link to what Dharmavidya wrote about it. I did a five day silent Nei Quan retreat when I was first training on the Ministry programme, which had a very profound effect on me. Working with the limitations around me at the moment, I decided that getting the book would be a good support. Thanks for the link to your post - I'll check it out :-)
