I was interested to read this,
bearing in mind one or two people in my extended family. And, no, I'm
not going to tell you who they are. Particularly the one(s) with
psychopathic tendencies!
Interesting, but psychopathy is a horrible, terrifying state that ruins the lives of the people it afflicts. If that's not a disease, then there are no diseases. Nor would I want to tell the heartbroken parents of an autistic kid that there was no disorder. But see the book "Urville", which contains dozens of beautiful architectural drawings by a young high-functioning autistic guy who has imagined, drawn, and written the history of this mythical city in France.
My take is that many of our physical and mental/emotional afflications are a product of this distracting, inhumane, unnatural modern world we've created, and that rather than fixing it, we're modifying ourselves through medication.
