Cakes cooked in an Aga (see here http://sujatin.vox.com/library/post/whats-an-aga.html )
They're a rather scary proposition as the Aga has four ovens which each have their set temperature, so it's not like cooking in an oven with quickly adjustable temps - which is why, though I love the Aga for everything else, I've been wary of cake-baking - but now.......
